Postage and Packaging Costs

All orders will arrive in one of our elegant gift boxes embossed with the Templetree Silver logo. For jewellery up to the value of £50 for delivery within the UK, the cost will be £3.50 and the parcel will be sent first class.

For a jewellery order valued at more than £50 and being sent within the UK, the cost of p&p will be £4.90, and the parcel will be sent by registered post (special delivery, signed for).

For overseas postage, there is a flat rate of £13.00 per order. This international rate does not include local Customs duties, and overseas customers will be responsible for paying any Customs duties relevant to their country of shipping.

Returns

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Templetree Silver. If you are not entirely satisfied, just contact me on 07919 403777 or via info@templetreesilver.com within 14 days to arrange a return and refund (please note, however, that for hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty).
